After many hours of R&D we are happy to offer the best sliding door hinge extender on the market! These extenders are made by Magmatic Labs and add 2.75 inches (measured at linkage pivot point) of extra clearance for a total about 5″ from the inside of the door card to the bottom of the rear of the wheel arch. Now you can run those more aggressive wheels and tires or fender flares.
These extenders are machined out of billet 6061 aluminum with precision reamed bushings for extended wear protection. The hinges are comprised of a hardened steel chrome plated pin with bronze oil-impregnated thrust washers and beryllium copper E-clips for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. Unlike other extenders the linkage has a completely enclosed web to retain the door seal.
